 About me

I'm passionate about the value of holistic and complementary treatments in maintaining health and well-being.  I qualified in Aromatherapy and Massage with Neal's Yard Remedies in Covent Garden and have since gone on to train in a range of other modalities including Reflexology, Holistic Facials, Ayurvedic treatments, Indian Head Massage, Thai Foot Massage, Face Yoga, Acupressure and Crystal Healing. I'm also a Reiki Master, Chopra Meditation Teacher and Wellbeing Coach.  I trained in Sound Healing with The Sound Healing Academy. I currently work as a Wellbeing Consultant, supporting cancer patients' wellbeing during their treatment.

My treatments are designed to relax and restore, helping stressed bodies and minds to unwind, bringing you back to your centre. I'm also focused on empowering my clients to look after their wellbeing using self-care techniques.

One of my passions is around supporting women through the menopause transition, both through my Hormonal Balance Treatments and through coaching and support.

I currently offer treatments from the Wheatley Complementary Clinic and Heal Wellbeing.

Group Sound Healing meditation sessions take place once or twice a month at Heal  Oxford Wellbeing . Please visit Heal Oxford Wellbeing for details of upcoming events and to book.

As a qualified teacher, I also teach adult education workshops and courses in various complementary therapies and wellbeing topics, both for the Adult Education department of Abingdon and Witney College and privately at Heal Wellbeing and other venues. I offer Retreat Days from time to time.

If you are looking to qualify in massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian head massage, facials or Reiki, I teach all of these diploma courses through Natural Touch Therapies.

Sessions are also available online, including Face Yoga, Chakra Meditation and Self-massage techniques.
